Although it is very tedious task to have complete transformations from desktop to mobile application only. but one of the top e-commerce site flipkart took salient decision in stepping forward to mobile application only. myntra, and many more taking decisions to have complete transformation as number of mobile users enormously increasing. According to 2016, global sales are usd 2 trillion.
Now the question is , how to reach customers and increase marketing through mobiles.

Mobile commerce is concierge economy, selling and buying of goods by using mobile technologies like cellular phones, tablets, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants). In future, m-commerce need no plugs and physical wires to have connection with internet. Emerging technology behind this is WAP(wireless application protocol). Countries are moving towards "mobile only internet usage" scenario.
In 2015 predictions of Technology Media and Telecommunications India,’ ‘there will more opportunities for e-commerce sites to have growth’ stated by deloitte, as well as enormous hike for Uber-like ‘sharing economy’ mobile companies in both consumer as well as enterprise markets.

Due to increase in mobile users, there is a proportion in between mobile usage and retailers app adoption rate. retailers have not yet developed as sophisticated users on mobile as they have on desktops. As content delivery in wireless devices are simple, scalable and secure ,customers are opting mobile device according their requirements. E-commerce websites turning their strategies accordingly.

  • Re-targeting is still less developed on mobile than on desktop.

    • for retail purchases ,customers are preferring mobile phone to desktops.
