With the great pace in mobile technology, many people are accelerating towards smartphones, because it is handy and one can do everything and anything from anywhere by using the internet. Every desktop application changing its face to the mobile application. Eventually, users are switching to the mobile application. In such a great revolution, mobile commerce came into limelight. Before going into depth, we should know what is mobile commerce exactly means....it is simply selling and purchasing products and services through mobile devices like mobiles, tablets etc... 

MsRaji has a hobby of online shopping. She used to shop a lot using e-commerce websites. She uses mobile application for shopping so that she can shop anywhere and everywhere. She gets offer coupons and benefits like discounts, suggestions instantly. She thought using mobile application is better. The commerce which is happening through mobile devices is called "M-commerce. It is no more a future technology, it is already implemented. 

 Many companies working on the theme called "mobile application only". E-commerce was leading marketing strategy till 2016 midst. Now M-commerce is playing predominant role in marketing. It is not very simple, all E-commerce sites changing their perspectives and turning out everything into mobile. Because, through mobile applications, it is easy to have customer requirements and they can reach customers very easily. Moreover, many people are opting for mobile devices rather desktop. 

EVOLUTION OF MOBILE COMMERCE-WHY 
Almost every person around the world is using mobile phones and they are occupied with their works.One cannot sit before desktop and use applications, this becomes very difficult as this world is rushing swiftly. Besides that, the internet is very inexpensive and one can afford it, so everybody is opting for mobile phones rather desktops. 
And viewing web applications on mobile phones has less quality. For example, developer designed a website with fixed length and width and designed images according to the size of the desktop. If we open such websites in our mobile phones, there will be less quality and ultimately user does not like the way it is. Instead of all these difficulties. You can design mobile applications with particular metrics accordingly with great user interfaces which leads to a great experience of customers. 

 In order to transform from a desktop application to mobile applications, three strategies are very important

KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER 
The first and foremost step involves knowing the customer. According to customer requirements, one can design application and that should reach a customer. A key objective before pre-development of any project is to know the targets in a market. firstly knowing customer like to whom you are designing and their interests. If you don’t design accordingly, they will find others in the market. So, knowing the customer and designing accordingly is the main objective. 

SUGGEST YOUR CUSTOMER 
The pre-eminent way of interacting with customers is by suggesting them and listening to them. Some users don't know their priority and their interest in a particular arena. For those customers, we can provide suggestions  
  • Analyzing their searches in application 
  • Storing data securely and using them for analytics 
  • Suggest them offers and coupons on the particular area 
Instead of simply giving suggestions to customers, you can provide them with an option that they can suggest to us in return to have better features in applications. 
Understanding, suggesting the customer is an important action to be taken for mobile commerce.

 Finally, it's time to reach your customers. Reaching customers in the sense of reaching customer expectations. Once it is done. You can stand as the lead in the market. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is the main goal for every company. once you reach the zenith, your application will swift in a market.
